What happens when you have an injury?
The body has one way to protect itself. Stop or slow the signal to the injured muscle to fire. This causes the signal to get sent to a different muscle to work in its place.
This is what causes a compensation pattern. This overworks the wrong muscle for the job you are asking of your body and ends up creating pain and why pain sometimes moves.
We get the signal back to the correct muscle to get that muscle to start firing and working again without putting pressure on your joints, and increasing blood flow to your injury for healing.
